Fleur du Mal Seeds does not encourage anyone to break the law in their country. The U.S. Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Public Law No: 115-334) authorized the production of hemp and removed hemp and hemp seeds from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s schedule of Controlled Substances. Our seeds are sold as “Industrial Hemp” as defined by the Act, which includes any part of the cannabis plant which contains a concentration of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol of 0.3% or less on a dry weight basis.
Our seeds are sold in reliance of this Act and in compliance with federal law as promulgated by the Act. All cannabis seeds are offered for educational and souvenir purposes only. Cannabis is illegal to germinate or grow in many states. We are not responsible for any illegal action you may take. We can sell you cannabis seeds legally for botanical research, bio-preservation, as luxury bird food, or as souvenirs.
